Welcome to the 72nd Sweet Inspiration Link Party!
Hope there are no casualties to people or property from Hurricane Harvey this week! Our hearts go out to those in the path and aftermath of this gigantic storm! Luckily, those of us in upper Alabama have not had repercussions, but I have family in Houston who have. Be safe out there, and may God be with you!
We want to welcome all of you to another week of Sweet Inspiration where we hope you will link up all your posts, travels, projects, and recipes. We hope you stick around to get inspired as we do every week.
Come join the party!

The party starts on Fridays 3 pm UTC and runs until Tuesday 3 pm UTC or 11 am EST. By joining us every week you will be able to grow your blog and gather inspiration from so many others who link up to our party. We hope you will join us every week to share and inspire with your projects and creations.
So let’s see what the hostesses have been up to this week…

And now…what we’re all waiting for…let’s get to the features!

Dara from Not in Jersey takes us on a fascinating tour of Cuba! We are armchair travelers seeing it through her eyes, and the lens of her camera…everything from old cars to beautiful old buildings.

Patrick of Adventures in Weseland takes us on a tour of the San Francisco Airport Museum. And boy did it bring back memories. Who remembers BOAC airlines or am I such a relic? Very cool, our airport museum only has ancient statures and vases.

Never has the expression ‘a little goes a long way’ been more appropriate than for this dresser makeover by Pat from The Wood Spa By Pat Rios. A subtle mint paint finish and basic knob changes are all this project needed to transform this piece into a real stunner!

There’s bread and then there’s Grandpa Bob’s Apple Cinnamon Nut Bread that Brandy from GlueSticks shared. I loved the story behind this delectable looking piece of bready heaven and can’t wait for my daughter to get back from holiday so she can make us some.

This is the most impresive postcard stand I’ve ever seen! It looks like all these years who passed left their touch on it. If you would like to make one vist Farragoz to see how Tanya made it.
