Welcome to the 71st Sweet Inspiration Link Party!
It’s time to Party!
We’re having a cooling trend in Alabama this week…instead of 95° and humid as a sauna, it’s only 87°! We’ll take it gladly!
If you’re from the US, did you have fun watching the eclipse? Yours truly didn’t get glasses, so guess who missed out on it! Darn! Seeing it through a hole in a cereal box just doesn’t come up to the real thing…LOL. Lesson learned.
So let’s go to the party!
Come link up your latest….latest projects, travels, and recipes! Visit other links while you’re here. Get inspired like we do every week!

The party starts on Fridays 3 pm UTC and runs until Tuesday 3 pm UTC or 11 am EST. By joining us every week you will be able to grow your blog and gather inspiration from so many others who link up to our party. We hope you will join us every week to share and inspire with your projects and creations.
So let’s see what the hostesses have been up to this week…

It’s hard to believe that this lovely storage rack first started it’s life as plain, plastic kitchen wire. Sarah from Sadie Seasongoods really knows how to turn thrift store finds into something truly special!

I have no words to describe how awesome I think this is. Marjan from Atelier Marie-Lucienne “Yarn Bombed” her yard and this little flower pot is just one of many exquisite crocheted creations that are all over her garden.

Here is the perfect birthday gift to make the day even more special! Kari from A Grace Full Life shows how to pick out that special card, frame it on coordinating tissue paper and embellish the frame with curly ribbon! What could be cuter??

We all have a few eggs lying around but do we always know what to do with them? Lina of Sew Historically shows us how to whip up good old fashioned cakes using just a few ingredients.

You are not going to believe what this bathroom looked like before. Kelly of Practically Spoiled did excellent work and created this beautiful and serene space on a budget!!!

We did see the eclipse — I bought some glasses on eBay the week before but made sure to check that they were safe/approved before we used them. It was an amazing sight to behold! Thanks for hosting the party!
Thank you Lauren! Wish I’d troubled myself to buy the glasses.
